Series 2600

TDM BRASS Series 2600 – EVOFIT gathers the multi-profile pressfittings for multilayer pipe with leak-before-press (LBP) technology and special tin-lated finishing CLB. The EVOFIT system is produced in accordance with the M.D. n.37 of 22.01.2008 art.7 concerning the implementation of Law n. 248 of 02.12.2005 about the activities of installation of equipments inside buildings.
It is designed and constructed in conformity with the Quality Management System as established by UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, and in accordance with M.D. n.174 of 06.04.2004 about the materials and objects that can be used in fixed installations and in systems for distribution of water intended for human consumption.
Furthermore TDM BRASS EVOFIT system is designed and constructed as established for hydraulic and Heating systems PN 10 for water and hot water.
The EVOFIT system IS CERTIFIED BY GERMAN ASSOCIATION DVGW and complies with all the following regulations and features, in order to ensure the highest quality and reliability.

Concerning the material:

• All fittings obtained from forged brass are manifactured on transfer machines and in accordance with the regulation UNI EN 12165.
• All fittings obtained from brass bars are manifactured on multi-spindle machines and in accordance with the regulation UNI EN 12164.

Concerning the thread, TDM BRASS EVOFIT pressfittings are realised in compliance with the regulation UNI EN 10226-1:2006 for gas conical external thread and parallel internal thread.

The seals used in TDM BRASS EVOFIT system comply with the regulation UNI EN 681-1:2006 (for water) and consist of O-rings in EPDM PEROX 70 approved for drinking water and heating systems (operating temperatures: min. -20°C, max. 110°C).

The main characteristics of EVOFIT system are:

• Suitable for all main crimping profiles: TH-H-U-F-B.
• Optimal o-ring shape to avoid any damage in case of inaccurate pipe calibration.
• Leak-Before-Press (LBP) technology for a total control over the system functioning.
• Zero release of lead into drinking water as established in Regulations DM174/04 and MOCA for Italy, 98/83CE and 1935:2004 for Europe.
