Siamo a qui presentarvi gli ultimi due nuovi prodotti di casa TDM, nello specifico due giunti di riparazione telescopici per tubo multistrato, che andranno ad arricchire il catalogo per le serie a pressare 1600 e 2600 Evofit. Questa tipologia di giunto è normalmente impiegata nel caso in cui si vengano a riscontrare problemi su impianti idrici e sanitari realizzati con tubazioni multistrato. La sua funzione garantisce la riparazione delle perdite dovute a forature accidentali dei tubi multistrato presenti all’interno delle strutture abitative. La sua caratteristica principale è quella di poter riparare perdite perché grazie alla sua estensione si adatta maggiormente all’esigenza dell’installatore ed offre una solida alternativa rispetto alle classiche attrezzature normalmente utilizzate.
We are here to introduce you to the latest two new products from TDM, specifically two telescopic repair joints for multilayer pipe, which will enrich the catalog for the 1600 and 2600 Evofit press series. This type of joint is normally used when problems are encountered on water systems made with multilayer pipes. Its function ensures the repair of leaks due to accidental puncture of multilayer pipes found within housing structures. Its main feature is that it can repair leaks because its extension makes it more adaptable to the installer’s need and offers a solid alternative to the classic equipment normally used.
Il giunto di riparazione e dilatazione che vi proponiamo è realizzato con:
- un corpo in ottone CW617N
- le bussole in acciaio INOX AISI 304
- doppio O-ring di EPDM perox
The repair and expansion joint we propose is made of:
- a CW617N brass body
- the bushings made of AISI 304 stainless steel
- double O-ring made of EPDM perox
Il raccordo, come tutta la gamma di prodotti TDM, si inserisce all’interno degli impianti che utilizzano tubature multistrato sia nell’edilizia civile, sia in ambito commerciale ed ovunque vi sia la necessità di installare tali sistemi.
The fitting, like the entire range of TDM products, fits within systems that use multilayer piping both in civil construction, commercial and wherever there is a need to install such systems.
Grazie alla sua scorrevolezza e alla sua estensibilità permettere di eseguire una riparazione in tutta semplicità e gli o-ring flat la rendono ancora più rapida perché non c’è l’esigenza della svasatura dei tubi. La sua praticità è chiara soprattutto in fase di montaggio, infatti per poterlo installare correttamente è sufficiente eseguire un taglio sulla tubatura danneggiata ed eliminarla. All’interno della sezione eliminata, si andrà a mettere il raccordo avendo cura di inserirlo da un lato, allinearlo e allungarlo dall’altro lato della tubatura. Per completare la sostituzione si andranno a pressare le bussole, fissandolo definitivamente. Il danno in questo modo è riparato.

Vi ricordiamo che questi prodotti sono progettati e costruiti per impianti termoidrosanitari PN10 uso acqua e acqua calda ed insieme al sistema Evofit sono certificati dall’ente DVGW. Sono inoltre prodotti in ottemperanza a quanto previsto dal DM n 37 del 22.01.2008 art 7 in materia di attività di installazione degli impianti all’intero di edifici.
